BMS solutions are as follows:

180S 576V 400A

  1. make 9S cells to be a battery Pack(module)and 20 packs(modules) in series
  2. make 10 S cells to be a battery Pack(module)and 18 packs(modules) in series
  3. make 15 S cells to be a battery Pack(module)and 12 packs(modules) in series
  4. make 18 S cells to be a battery Pack(module)and 10 packs(modules) in series
  5. make 20 S cells to be a battery Pack(module)and 9 packs(modules) in series

 

Attention: if your battery capacity is big enough (200Ah or more), please use 9S cells as a battery pack to make each pack not too heavy to lift up,

if your cell capacity is less than 150Ah or less, 15S battery pack as each pack will help you to save cost.

 

GCE master BMS consists of main control PCB(MCU), charging and discharging DC contactors, Hall sensor, DC power supply, high voltage PCB, breaker, rich communication ports, and options for different requirements.

GCE BMS provides complete battery management and control logic. After years of upgrading and iteration, GCE BMS can easily solve all problems at the customer’s site.

Rack BMS product is a battery management system developed for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems as well as UPS applications. And GCE BMS adopts distributed architecture and modular design, also, GCE BMS is highly configurable and easy to assemble, debug and maintain. It is suitable for various battery energy storage systems with DC voltage below 1000V.

First of all, Secondary architecture: (BMU + RBMS), 10kwh-100kwh.

Secondly, Three-level architecture: (BMU + RBMS + SBMS), 50kwh-2mwh.

At last, Four-level architecture: (BMU + RBMS + SBMS + EMS), 2mwh to 1000mwh.
